A to Z Metal Fabrication has a variety of machines that make jobs of any size and level of complexity completed on site or at your chosen location. A few of our capabilities include:
Design— We read and work utilizing standard engineering drawings or plans and also provide structural and industrial design services.
Cutting— If its metal, we can cut to almost any size or shape imaginable, from delicate sheets of copper used for decorative trim to I-beams used for heavy construction.
Forming— We utilize state-of-the-art industrial machines that can bend, shape, punch, and form metal to meet the vast majority of custom metal fabrication demands with degrees of consistency and repeatability suitable for mass production.
Bend & Shearing— We have a mechanical 100 ton press brake to bend metal plates up to 12' long to any angle and 10' long shear.
Punching & Drilling— For heavy steel punching; we've got two hydraulic iron workers. an 80 ton and a 50 ton. For larger diameter holes, we use the 2 Radii Drills.
Pipe & Tube Bending and Rolling— For all railing fabrication, we utilize two Ercolina pipe benders and one section bender to bend pipe and font to necessary degrees.
Plate Rolling— We utilize our 3/16 x 8 plate roller to form plates into any shape or size.
Machining— For precision metal fabrication or machining metal parts, we use our Bridgeport engine lathe Romi 20-10 x 2" Bore and two Bridgeport milling machines. On Site Service— For on-site welding and (fabrication needs, we use our service trucks equipped with Miller welding machines.

- Ventilation - ductwork, chiller exchanges, chiller frame work-coil exchanges-tig welding-copper brazing on piping
- Hydraulic work - cylinder exchanges - cylinder rebuild
- Deck work - railings, awnings
- Galley fabrication - stainless welding
